Perhaps not the best time to make any BIG life-changing decisions without first making sure everything is lined up. Even then be cautious in your career. I said cautious. Not give into fear. There’s a difference. Preparedness is key this month!

It’s finally your season! Hopefully you did the work last month to see what brings you joy when it comes to work because this month is asking you to be bold and creative. This is your season and you can charm your way through it all, but because of the Collective Card, yes take action this month, but try not to bite when others aren’t following your usual flair.

This is the moment to let go of things that do not serve you anymore. As we go for this last season before your begins, start to surrender all that burned you out instead of igniting your inner flame. You give naturally, but to let go, and yes I know that’s hard, is sometimes the answer. But also, don’t become a martyr. Know your boundaries, but be ready to stay flexible.

Oh joy! This is such a wonderful card and it is tied with family, in this case your work family. As we head into November, start finding little ways to show each other how grateful you are for each other. These past months have been hard on everyone and things have felt out of control. Team up and give each other support. Maybe some holiday virtual parties?

You had to deal through a lot last month to get clear answers, and after doing the honest work, we may become emotional. This card is giving you the permission to be in your feels. And yes, there is this idea that emotions are no place for the workplace, but you have to have some emotions invested to care about your work. Follow your feelings, but also don’t be afraid to take a mental health day. No shame to do that.

Oh wow. Again? Sorry to say that it’s not getting easier this month either, but think of these moments as trials to get better. I know it’s hard and you want to throw your hands in the air, but hold on. You got this. I am sorry I can’t give you more than a pep talk but I really do believe things will get better once you pass through this.

Do I even need to tell you Leo to be confident? Nope! You are truly the epitome of confidence! This card is reminding you of that. Is there a situation at work you think you can’t handle? Not even. Last month was a bit disheartening, but this month is all about finding hope in your work.
