Maybe it’s the pre-retrograde period (Mercury goes into retrograde the 14th), but it seems you are not being honest with something, or something is not showing all their cards right now with you. The Magician is about creating new opportunities and achieving them, but in reverse there is a block to it. May not be a big one, but using Capricorn season to set more realistic plans could help.

What are you juggling? One of the best lessons I learned from Nora Roberts, beautifully explained by Jennifer Lynn Barnes in this Twitter thread, is that not all the things we juggle are of the same importance. You can drop some things and everything will be okay. Some you do need to attend to, so attend to them. One thing at a time, and when the thing can wait, let it wait. No need to overwhelm yourself so early on in the year, or ever.

Just like The Tower, what needs to die for something to be born, Gemini? It does not have to be something drastic, but little changes here and there make up a new life. Maybe quitting one habit this month will give you more time to pursue a healthier one. Maybe saying no to a task that is not required of you at work will give you time to put in more time into one that is.

To quote Taylor Swift, “You know when it’s time to go.” Is staying in your current position hurting you? Sometimes we can’t just upright leave, but we can start being honest with ourselves.
