Last Brujeria Business of 2021! I don’t know about you but I am feeling 2022…Yes, I know. Super cheesy…Anyways! Let’s finish the year with some holiday magic! Read for your rising and sun.

Collective Card: High Priestess

As the year comes to a close, it is time to evaluate the good and the not-so-good parts of what went down in 2021. What areas can you grow? Are you trusting your intuition enough? This card is my absolute favorite because it requires us to sit in our shadows. What did you learn this year?

Sagittarius: 2 of Cups (reversed)

The Archer, Fire

November 22nd – December 21st

Something is off and you can’t find the right words for it. Or maybe you can, but they are not coming out the way you want them to be heard. Make sure communication is as clear and precise as possible when it comes to any work-related projects.

Capricorn: Page of Swords (reversed)

The Goat, Earth

December 22nd – January 19th

Alright I know that the holidays are upon us, but make sure you are staying focused. There is so much going on either in your head, or around you. Your task for this month is to clear the fog and stick to the assignments at hand. Do not let yourself get distracted.

Aquarius: King of Swords

The Water Bearer, Air

January 20th – February 18th

We love to see a determined boss! Use this energy to set some goals this month. You have the discipline, or maybe someone in your life does. If that’s the case, ask them to show you how to add more of it to your life. This is the month to do it! Don’t wait until the new year.

Pisces: 4 of Swords

The Fish, Water

February 19th – March 20th

Take a nap Pisces, or whatever your version of rest is. A second year into the pandemic while working from either home or under new rules has earned you more than the right to take a break. You cannot run on an empty tank. Active, intentional rest is yours this month.

Aries: Ace of Cups (reversed)

The Ram, Fire

March 21st – April 19th

Keep your chin up Aries, and your eyes on the prize. This month may be filled with the holiday blues more than usual. While you may be questioning yourself right now, remember that everything is temporary. Take this time to remember why you started in the first place.

Taurus: 7 of Cups (reversed)

The Bull, Earth

April 20th – May 20th

You may have too many options, or none at first glance. Either way, you may not be able to bring yourself to decide a course of action. That is okay! Remember that the Collective Card asked us to do some soul-searching. Clear your mind first to see what is actually in front of you.

Gemini: King of Pentacles (reversed)

The Twins, Air

May 21st – June 20th

This is not the month to spend more than you have financially, or emotionally. Be realistic about what you have and about the people on your team. You may be wanting to expand quicker than what is possible. Double check that your team is all on the same page.

Cancer: The Moon

The Crab, Water

June 21st – July 22nd

It’s a water card for a water sign! Listen to what your gut is telling you about work. Do you need to ask more questions? Do it. Do you already know the answer? Say it. We may never know everything around us, but we do know ourselves.

Leo: The Star

The Lion, Fire

July 23rd – August 22nd

Of course this card came up for a star! Leo, you are always the center of attention in one way or another. Use it to your advantage. Connect with others who can help you get ahead, or you can help them. Set your standards high and let your inner lion steer you in the right direction for you.

Virgo: King of Cups (reversed)

The Virgin, Earth

August 23rd – September 22nd

You know how people say not to let emotions cloud the work at hand? Yup. Try to not let your emotions or the emotions of others affect how you handle any projects this month. If someone is in a bad mood, do not let your work suffer. If it’s you, try to leave any issues at home.

Libra: 4 of Cups

The Scales, Air

September 23rd – October 22nd

It is one more month, Libra! You got this! I know we prefer to spend the holidays having fun, but before we can clock out, we need to clock in. Find some creative way to make work fun. Shake it off! Once you are done, you can go home and leave work at the office.

Scorpio: Queen of Swords (reversed)

The Scorpion, Water

October 23rd – November 21st

Words cut. It is as simple as that. Maybe the intent isn’t to hurt you, but it doesn’t make it hurt any less. Or maybe it is you who needs to learn how to communicate a bit more diplomatically. Either way, in a work environment, it is necessary to make sure no party is being hurt.
